What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Each item will be quality-checked before sending, however, if we do fall short, and your order is faulty, please let us know and we can arrange a replacement or refund. For hygeine reasons, we cannot accept returns, so please check the size guide before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are these period pants?
No- these are not period pants and do not contain a waterproof layer. However, they are much more absorbant than regular pants due to the multiple layered gusset.
How thick is the gusset?
Our specially engineered gusset is surprisingly thin. We want everyone to feel confident in tight clothing, so spent years perfecting a 2mm gusset that stays invisible no matter what you wear!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our Smoothing Thongs are designed here in the UK and are then manufactured in an OEKO certified factory in China- so you can be confident in both the quality and safety of your underwear.
How much does shipping cost?
