What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Each item will be quality-checked before sending, however, if we do fall short, and your order is faulty, please let us know and we can arrange a replacement or refund. For hygeine reasons, we cannot accept returns, so please check the size guide before purchasing.

Are these period pants?

No- these are not period pants and do not contain a waterproof layer. However, they are much more absorbant than regular pants due to the multiple layered gusset.

When will I get my order?

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products go through a two-stage manufacturing process- the first stage is in China and every piece is then delicately hand-finished with a 3D layered gusset here in the UK. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high-quality and ethical.
